A little bit about Holmes Farm.
About Holmes Farm Cottages
The two cottages have been developed from a completely renovated WWII building within Holmes Farm. The original building was quite unusual in that it had a tower at one end which has been retained as a feature. We have kept the development small which leaves plenty of space for the occupants in and around the site.
Holmes Farm can be walked around as there are headlands around every field. A footpath leads to the nearest village, Lubenham, which is approximately 10 minutes walk time away.
Lubenham, Foxton and Foxton Locks all have lovely pubs and Foxton has a well-stocked village store to cater for you. Market Harborough can also be reached on foot or push bike if you prefer, and you can always catch the bus back!
We cater for your four legged friends too, dogs or horses. Both can be accommodated and if you fancy a lazy hazy sunny afternoon fishing then we have a well-stocked fishing lake with Tench and Carp.
There are plenty of other attractions, see here, that you can enjoy if you fancy a trip out for the day.
We look forward to seeing you down on the farm.
